Bensalem, Pennsylvania is home for the Philadelphia Park race track. The facility offers racing fixtures throughout the year and sports two tracks. The Pennsylvania Derby is held for 3 year olds over a 9 furlong track on Labor Day. The Pennsylvania Oaks, the Gallant Bob Handicap, Steve Van Buren Handicap and the Cotillion Handicap are among some of the other races held at the Park.

Originally, the Philadelphia Park was known as Keystone Race track which opened its doors to racing enthusiasts in 1974. From its inception, the track has seen a series of management changes at regular intervals. Beyond 2010, the race will be scheduled for the last Saturday of September. The annual derby event will now be extended into a two weeks fixture

Parx Casino commenced operations at the Philadelphia Park in September, 2006 with a conditional slots license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The final approval was accorded in December 2006. The current name str2Parxstr2 was unveiled in July 2009. The facility has over 3,000 slot machines. Table games at the Casino were started on July 18, 2010.
