The construction of this building is the symbol of their nation. This is a very important landmark and so the government made sure that it was renovated and restored when the calamities struck. This is for the reason that the building is considered as the birthplace of the US and it is only appropriate that the authorities along with the cooperation of the people preserve and maintain the beauty and magnificence of the Independence Hall.
There are a lot of significant historical events that took place in this hall including the second floor of the building, which was used as Charles Willson Peale's home of the natural history. George Washington also took part in the debate concerning the Constitution, which was held here. Marvel at this Independence Hall as you travel Philadelphia, PA.
