The Philadelphia Zoo is one of the major tourist attractions in the city. Every year the zoo is constantly evolving with the animals chafing and growing with each season. Many special events that take place in the park that involve both adults and children offering a variety of family fun and entertainment.

It is an amazing place to visit especially for a family vacation. The Philadelphia Zoo is open on everyday of the year except on thanksgiving, December 24th to 25th and 31st and 1st of January. The Philadelphia Zoo also closes early on the 2nd Thursday of June.
