The Barnes Foundation: About Tickets & Reservation

The Barnes Foundation is home to the world's most excellent art collections of the French paintings. These are the early modern as well as Post Impressionist genre of paintings. Is there need for reservation to visit the Gallery?

In compliance with the set of laws of the township of Lower Merion, prepaid reservations need to be made in advance for admission to the Foundation acreage. This is also done as not more than 1200 visitors are allowed at the Foundation per week.

How to go about reservation?

On weekdays you can call visitors' services anytime between 10am to 4pm and reserve tickets. Secure a chosen date as well as time thirty days before and make sure to arrange parking too when you are reserving tickets.

How to make payments?

Remember that the payments made in cash are not accepted by the Foundation. Payment for tickets bought within a month must be done via Visa or the MasterCard. Checks are received in case reservation is made prior to 1 month's time or more. Such a check is payable five business days following the scheduled reservation or the reservation is annulled.
